I like the doctors - they definitely know what they are doing and are very kind. The opticians are friendly, getting an appointment was not a problem, and it was easy to work out the insurance details for a new set of glasses.
My husband's eyeglasses broke and he didn't have a backup pair. When I called on a Saturday they were so empathetic and told us to come in even though it was practically impossible to find new frames on the spot for his lenses. With no insurance and little hope we headed over. Cindy Lynch was busy with another patient but with a moment break came over to see if she could help us. It was a miracle! She found inexpensive frames to work for the time being, installed the lenses and my husband could see again. You now have a customer for life! Thank you.

After having issues with my eyes after cancer treatment, they got me into the office very quickly. The doctors were very professional and courteous. The staff is very customer oriented, efficient and kind. Had a very good experience.

Dr Park and his team are phenomenal. I went for an eye exam at another practice less than a year ago to have the doctor tell me both eyes were the same prescription and send me on my way. When I went to see Dr Park he took the time to perform quite a few tests and told me my eyes were in fact two different prescriptions. He then had me try out different contact brands to find the one that worked best in my eye. I left with my new contacts in, amazed at how much clearer everything was. I've been missing out all these years. Highly recommend Loudoun Eye Associates.
The online system for scheduling an appointment is very easy to use. Upon walking in the office for the first time, the staff was very friendly while highly professional. The Doctor had reviewed the reason for the visit, conducted a very thorough eye exam, and provided options. There was no pressure to purchase anything while excellent care was of utmost priority.
Great doctors and the staff are terrific at helping you pick out the perfect frames. Melanie helped my 10 year old find glasses he loves so much that he actually wears them and me find the most flattering frames ever!
I feel like Cindy who helped in picking out my frames is a long lost friend. She was so cheerful and kind. Her advice on frames was extremely appreciated. The explanation of my insurance benefits was my favorite part. Cindy would explain what I was eligible for and let me make the choices accordingly. My previous optometrist never explained any insurance details to me and my sticker price was way over my budget and therefore my glasses were a burden to me for a whole year. The frames in the office were clearly labeled with their prices which helped me choose.
I've been seen by both Dr. Kao and Dr. Park for my yearly contact lens prescription. They are both always friendly and highly knowledgeable. They ask proactive questions about my eyes that I don't ever think twice about. I highly recommend these doctors to everybody!
A very professional yet friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend the services of Loudoun Eye Associates. The examinations were thorough and detailed, with plenty of feedback on the findings, delivered in a manner which was easy to understand. There was no pressure to purchase glasses from them once the examinations were finished, but they were happy to give advice if required. Very nice people!
